Important to go through all the steps and fill in the information on the Return step of your old device and print out the form and include when you download your new device.
Create a backup of your old device
There are different guides depending on how you want to complete your backup, choose between iTunes or iCloud.
Open iTunes on your computer and plug in your phone. Then select the phone from the left corner.
Select “Back up now”, the device will now be backed up.
When the backup is completed, the time stamp of the backup will appear in iTunes.
Password for backup
Open iTunes on your computer and plug in your phone. Then choose the phone from the left corner. Then select “Change password”
When you backed up your phone for the first time, you created a separate password for your backup, to ensure that you remember your password you need to test to change it. Select “Change password” and enter the password you think was set for the backup and enter a new password.
If you receive this error message, you will need to reset your backup password, or skip the “Via iTunes” step and go directly to creating the backup. “Via iCloud”
When re-creation via iCloud is done by the new phone, you need access to a WiFi network.
Make sure you are connected to a wireless network. Click on “Settings”
Click on your name or iCloud account
Scroll down and select “iCloud”
Scroll down and select “iCloud backup”
Click “Back up now”
Verify that your backup is done correctly, this is confirmed by a time stamp on the latest backup.
Start up your new phone and follow the instructions.

Before you start your new phone it is important that you have insert your SIM card. This should be the same SIM card that was inserted in your previous phone. It is required for activation of the phone and verification with SMS codes.
Start by insert your Sim card. Then swipe up to start.
Select your language
Select country
Set manually
Select mobile connection if available, Internet sharing or guest network. Mobile data is recommended. The set up may take a few minutes. If you don’t select networks in this mode, you will instead be promped to do so at a later stage.
Select whether you want to set your phone as new, or if you want to recover from a backup.

Log in to your Apple ID where you created a backup
Select “Have you not received a code?”
Select “Sent code to”, a code will be sent to your mobile phone number
The code that was sent to your mobile phone number is automatically populated, if your SIM card is in another phone you can write off the code
Enter the lock code for the device to which it is referred, this may be your previous phone or, for example, your iPad. If you don’t get this step to work you will be passed on after a few attempts. However your passwords saved in Safari will be reset.
Select the backup you want to recover from, your phone may not have properly calibrated its time settings yet. Double check to select the latest backup.
Select enable location services
The phone is recreated. The phone can be restarted a few times during the process.
Select Continue.

Connect your new phone to the computer on which you created the backup.
Select “Next”
Enter you e-mail address. Name.lastname@pwc.com and Windows password, click on “Next” to log in. If you get stuck in the next step and don’t get any further after about 5-10 minutes, you can try to restart your phone.
Select "Have you not received a code?"
Select 'Send code to', a code will be sent to your mobile phone number.
The code sent to your mobile phone number is automatically populated, if your SIM card is in another elephant, you can write off the code.
Enter the lock code for the device to which it is referred, this may be your old phone or, for example, your iPad. If you do not get this step to work then after a few attempts you will get ahead anyway, however your passwords saved in Safari will be reset

Select "Next".
Enter your e-mail address.name.lastname@pwc.com and Windows password, click on "Next" to log in. If you get stuck in the next step and do not move on after about 5-10 minutes, you can try to restart the phone.
Enable Location Services. Depending on how your Apple ID has been previously set, you may be presented with some additional choices. For example, iCloud Drive.

Swipe up to move on
You may be prompted to enter a passcode. When you are booted, you can choose to switch to WiFi MobileConnect, this will speed up the recreating of your apps and settings.
Once the phone is booted and apps and settings has begun to install, you can choose to switch to WiFi “MobileConnect” this ease the re-creation and is a requirement to configure your Gmail. Choose to approve and trust the certificate prompt.
You will after a while get a prompt to enter the passcode for your PwC mail, this is required to synchronize your contacts. The password is your Windows password.
Navigate and open the Gmail app, then select to sign in.
Select your account or add account..
Choose to continue
Enter your email address firstname.surname@pwc.com
IMPORTANT. Select the choice presented at the top.
Choose to allow notices.
Your Gmail is now configured.
You will find other menus to the left.
Other information
Your PwC apps will be installed gradually. However, you need to log in to the respective app to activate them. If you are prompted to select a certificate, select the first/upper one.
The app MobileIron will automatically be downloaded to your phone but you will not have to log in to the app in the future. All settings in MobileIron are configured in the “Remote Management” step. If you, for example, have problems with apps not getting downloaded, we primarily refer to Telefonilyftet 2018’s Sparksida where solutions to most problems are described.
