Start up your new phone and follow the instructions.

Set manually

Select mobile connection if available, or Internet sharing or guest network. Mobile data is recommended. The set up may take a few minutes. If you don’t select networks in this mode, you will instead be prompted to do so at a later stage.

Choose to set up your phone as new iPhone

Select “Next”.

Enter you e-mail address. Name.lastname@pwc.com and Windows password, click on “Next” to log in. If you get stuck in the next step and do not get any further after about 5-10 minutes, you can try to restart your phone.

Enable Location Services. Depending on how your Apple ID has been previously set, you may be presented with some additional choices. For example, iCloud Drive.

You may be prompted to enter a passcode. When you are booted, you can choose to switch to WiFi MobileConnect, this will speed up the downloading of your apps and settings.

Once the phone is booted and apps and settings has begun to install, you can choose to switch to WiFi “MobileConnect” this ease the re-creation and is a requirement to configure your Gmail. Choose to approve and trust the certificate prompt.

You will after a while get a prompt to enter the passcode for your PwC mail, this is required to synchronize your contacts. The password is your Windows password.
